Can John Denver be considered a legend?

His song "Country Roads" is so well-known that everybody around the world has heard of it.

3. Probably, he had a lot of huge hits and was an influential musician.
4. When I feel peaceful and happy I listen to John Denver. When I'm angry I listen to Hole. (I'm crazy.) I was sad when he died and bought a CD. But as legend I'd probably say more Johnny Cash. I don't like country music much but there are some I like.
